About
On 27 March, the National Library of Australia is hosting the 2009 Innovative Ideas Forum . With the theme ‘The value and significance of social networking for cultural institutions’, we have decided to do some ‘social networking’ ourselves. Over the next few weeks and on 27 March itself, National Library staff will be twittering, flickring, podcasting, vodcasting and blogging in an attempt to discover what significance social networking might have for us.
Kathryn Favelle, Manager, Event Development and Debbie Campbell, Director, Collaborative Services Branch will be the National Library’s ‘bloggers’. Please join our experiment. Tell us what you like, what works, what isn’t working. This is an experiment in social networking and who knows where we might end up.
